During early voting, voters are required to verify their identity using an official ID.
However, because the process relies primarily on visual inspection and basic scanning, there is a potential risk of fraudulent voting through the use of forged identification documents.

Ballots Stuck Together
Like Post-it Notes

Ballots were discovered still attached together in a manner resembling Post-it notes, which raises the possibility of electoral fraud for the following reasons:
-
Official ballots are individually separated and distributed to ensure the principle of one person, one vote.
-
Legitimate ballot papers are not adhesive and should not physically stick together under normal conditions.

while attempting to cast a proxy vote using her husband's ID.
